Inter Alios Choir
The Inter Alios choir perform every Sunday of term, alternating between an Anglican Evensong and a unique ‘Music & Words’ event which combines choral music, poetry and a short address. ‘Inter Alios’ translates as ‘among others’ and speaks to the collective spirit of the choir: inter-faith, inter-collegiate, and international. In our programming we seek to juxtapose well-known choral works with contemporary repertoire, particularly music by women composers.
The choir welcomes singers with a wide range of experience, with most of our members being un-auditioned, but with an auditioned chamber choir at its core. If you wish to sing in the choir or to audition for the chamber choir or for a Choral Scholarship with Murray Edwards or Churchill, please contact:
Director of Music – Dr Ewan Campbell, eahc2@cam.ac.uk
Organ Scholar – Jerry Lin
Assistant Conductor – Rosie Dunn
Wednesdays           5:30 – 6:30pm                   Chamber Choir Rehearsal
Thursdays               5:30 – 6:30pm                    Full Choir Rehearsal
Sundays                   4:00 – 5:30pm                    Full Choir Rehearsal
