Our facilities and resources are highly adaptable — and we love working with clients to build a package that fulfils all their needs.

Price guide
All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate and are provided for guidance. Please contact us with details of your requirements.
Prices valid for 2025 may be subject to annual variance.
Conference packages
All-inclusive Day Delegate rates include hire of main meeting room with water dispenser and refrigerated soft drinks, AV equipment for PowerPoint presentations and basic hybrid facilities available, AV technical support, whiteboard and/or flipchart (if required), sustainable delegate stationary (if required), arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments, chosen lunch option, Wi-Fi, Conference signage, free car parking (subject to availability), services of an Event Manager.
Prices excluding VAT:
- To include a two-course hot/cold fork buffet: £70.00
- To include a Chef’s choice buffet lunch: £62.80
- To include a self-service 2 course lunch: £50.00
- To include a sandwich & finger buffet lunch: £50.00
Conference rooms
Meeting room hire rates include AV provision for PowerPoint presentations (except Cockcroft Room and Fellows’ Dining Room), laptop, basic hybrid facilities, flipchart and/or whiteboard. In-room water dispenser and refrigerated soft drinks.

Audiovisual Services
AV provision for PowerPoint presentations and the services of one AV technician for an eight-hour period are included in the day delegate rate.
In addition, the Audio-visual Team offers a range of additional services, including hybrid packages, audio and video recordings and postproduction. Quotations can be provided based on your individual requirements.
There is no charge for WiFi.

Miscellaneous Services
The conference team will be pleased to provide quotations for any specific requirements, such as marquees, stretch tents, dance floors, DJs, lighting, flowers, or other decorations for social events.
Grounds/Lawn fee for garden parties, drinks receptions, informal outdoor dining, and marquee hire: £475.00 per day
Hire of sports fields: Full day: £320.00; Half Day: £160.00
In addition, the Audio-visual Team offers a range of additional services, including hybrid packages, audio and video recordings and postproduction. Quotations can be provided based on your individual requirements.
There is no charge for Wi-Fi.
