Guest List
Many alumni have told us that they like to see a list of people who have booked to attend events such as this one, as it can influence whether they choose to come. If you do not wish to have your name visible on this list, please email us to let us know (only alumni will be listed, not their guests). Please note also that the list will be updated manually in batches, so your name may take some time to appear further to booking, and this does not imply that your booking has not been received.
Keep in Touch
Churchill College would like to stay in touch with you and store your up-to-date contact details in order to send you publications and invite you to events such as this one. You can update your contact details via our form at the button below. By supplying such details you consent to us communicating with you by those methods. We take the storing and processing of your data seriously and you can read more in our full data protection statement.
Lost Alumni
Please see the following link for a list of alumni within these year groups with whom the College has lost touch. If you are in contact with any of them, we would be grateful if you could let them know about this event and ask them to contact us if they would like to attend.

Donations
Our booking form allows for additional donations, which will go directly to the 1985-90 bursary, as we begin fundraising to endow a full means-tested Cambridge Bursary named after your cohort.
Booking
Book your accommodation
Bed and breakfast accommodation in College is booked through the Speedybooker website rather than the College.
A 10% discount is offered to attendees on the standard (already discounted) alumni room rates. Ensure that the special code KX55901 is entered in the top-left box next to where you enter the dates for your stay (not at the checkout).
If you wish to bring children to stay, please do not book online, please email the accommodation office to check they can be accommodated first.
Amendments to bookings must be done via Speedybooker and cannot be made by College staff. Cancellations cannot be refunded less than 24h prior to your stay.
Book your dinner ticket(s)
The event is free of charge to eligible alumni, and a maximum of one guest per attendee may be brought at your own expense. Use the drop-down boxes on the form below under ‘Quantity’ to select 1 alumni ticket, or 1 alumni ticket and 1 guest ticket. (Alumni couples should submit 2 booking forms to book 2 free tickets. Do let us know whether you wish to sit with your partner, or in different friendship groups, and bear in mind we don’t always know when alumni are a couple!) Bookings for this event will close on Sunday 30 March.
