This project is to support the IT Transformation at Churchill College and modernise working practices with the move to SharePoint.

Project Board

The Project Board meet throughout the lifetime of the project when necessary for significant project milestones or exceptions. The project board will also meet whenever delays on project timescales are identified of when the current expenditure exceeds the forecasted budget.

Core Project Team

The Core Project Team are the Computing Department and they are responsible for the day to day project activity, reporting in progress and issue resolution (when required).

Project Assurance

The ICT Committee are responsible to ensure assurance to business:

    • Risks are being controlled
    • The business case is being adhered to
    • The project fits in with the overall IT and business Strategy
    • An acceptable solution is being developed
    • Internal and external communications are working
    • User needs and expectations are being met or managed
    • The project remains viable

KX (College) moved over to Remote App.

Move Committees from the O-Drive to Churchill College Document Storage (SharePoint).

 

August 2022

Finish testing the final four Remote Apps.

September 2022

All Remote Apps will be rolled-out to staff by this point.

Move Photos and Staff Folders from the O-Drive to SharePoint.

September 2022

Aim to have all users moved over to Universal Print.

October 2022

Ensure all users’ H-Drive are migrated to OneDrive.
